*sigh* I’ve got to laugh… Seriously

So, I’m getting ready to go to bed. I’ve got all the lights shut off and I haven’t even been in bed for five minutes before I’m hearing someone outside my apartment falling down/up stairs. I hear random mumblings and then a loud beating on my door. Wtf right? Turns out it’s some drunk guy who is shouting for “Adam” to come out and blah blah mumble. I finally convince him “Wrong apartment man. No Adam. Go Away”

But, now I’m wired.. probably wind up going to the Royce here in a few. lol

The 9th I go schedule for classes for the spring semester. I should have been able to do it mid-Dec except for the multiple transcript requests I had to send to UK. I received some bad news regarding a hopeful place of employment. I was REALLY hoping to get that job and I’m surprised I didn’t even make the first round of interviews

But, one silver lining is I’ll be able to take classes during the day. Night classes don’t agree with me very well…something about sitting in one place for three hours, right after work, and without eating just doesn’t work. The only issue is whether or not I’m going to take 9 or 12 hours. I want to keep myself as busy as possible without burning out.

I just can’t stand not being productive. It’s killing me. At least with school it’s a chance to meet people, get some type of intellectual stimulation and I get the rewarding sensation of working toward a goal.

So, I was listening to a live SP concert from the 2007 tour…I think my favorite song off the new album is Bring the Light. It’s funny, it started out as one of my least favorites on the album. I felt it was a little bit too melodic. I preferred Tarantula or United States..something a little heavy

I don’t know, maybe the fact I’m less stressed and a little happier might have something to do with it…Either that or listening to heavy music gives you a greater appreciation when the same band can turn around and produce something with the same amount of energy but releasing it in completely different ways
