I finally got it working.

FreeBSD fredward.org 6.2-STABLE FreeBSD 6.2-STABLE #0: Sun Sep 9 22:23:33 CDT 2007 admin@fredward.org:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/ANAZIAH i386

Not only am I hosting both fredward.org and anaziah.info on my box (Finally got BIND9 setup!) but, after reading up on ipfw and playing around for a few hours it now doubles as my router.

This is the first time I’ve ever setup all of this.. I’ve setup a L/F/AMP server before but never BIND and the ipfw rulesets kinda pushed me away.. but, I did it.

and it works.

Now, I’m waiting on a response to get an IPv6 tunnel which means I’ll be able to have as many ips as I want…and I’ll also be able to create really cool Vhosts on IRC.. hahaha

I thought about setting up a mailserver for my fredward.org accounts too but gmail already takes care of that and why mess w/ a good thing?

and.. it’s 3:30 in the morning. I think i’m going to get some sleep
