Jarvis Cocker? solo album? touring? Never thought I’d see that one.
He has the album on his myspace page.. It’s some really good stuff.
And today is the perfect spring day.. I do believe I’m going to have to step out for a bit.
Also, what about Damon Albarn’s new band “The Good, The bad and the Queen” It’s not a bad album but there’s not a lot of change, it’s very repetitive.. I wouldn’t mind listening to a song or two but I can’t listen to the album straight through
There is a new VNV Nation album coming out April 10th, very dark.. very electric. Or at least, that seems to be their style.. no clue how the new album is but I’ll definitely be getting it
The new NiN album comes out April 16th, I have no idea how that hasn’t been leaked yet. They also have some songs on their myspace. It’s a completely different direction from NiN.. Not the pound your skull in.. More, sneak in through a hidden door and twist your brain.
Obviously I’m excited about the SP album coming out this July.. They’re first live concert is going to be May 22nd and I’m sure it’s going to get bootlegged.
Anyone heard the new Modest Mouse? Came out last week.. Haven’t had a chance to get it.
Wow, perhaps this is to be the summer of good music.
