Written by fredward on December 11th, 2006Today has already been fairly interesting.. well. That’s not the right word. I barely slept at all last night. Almost every hour on the hour I was waking up to refill my water glass. I was extremely dehydrated, I guess all that coffee finally caught up to me.
Around 5:30 I just decided to say screw it and start getting ready for the day. Brewed up some more coffee (go figure) took a quick shower and pretty much wound up sitting outside until it was time to go to work. It’s probably going to be one of the last mornings that it’s warm enough to do something like that so I figured I better take advantage of it. I didn’t actually get to see the sun fully rise but it was still nice.. the colors on the horizon mixed with a minor illumination. It was almost my perfect morning. A cold crispness to the air but not enough to sting. Just enough to give you “that feeling” through your body every time you took a breath.
In the fast-paced world we live in it’s nice when you can take a moment to just enjoy whats around you.
