*sigh*

I love my new phone but Cingular has not made me very happy lately

Did I post about how I received a letter from the Regional Office stating that because I didn’t have a credit report that I had to make a deposit or risk service interruptions?

This being after I had already signed a two year contract.

After about two hours on the phone with them I straightened it out and didn’t have to pay a deposit

I got my phone about.. 3 weeks ago and was wondering when I would receive a bill.. so I go online and look

My billing address wasn’t the same as where I was living! I’ve never lived where this billing address was.. So even though I can pay my bill online and print it out I have to call and request they resend it *sigh*

Too much trouble. That and my first bill is 97 dollars.. looks like they charged me for a month and a half..
